Peter Wall is co-founder and serves as Chief Financial Officer for Land Park Advisors, LLC. Mr. Wall is responsible for overseeing all acquisitions and capital raising efforts in addition to managing the day-to-day operations with the key executives of LandPark and Right Move Storage, a national self storage management company with a portfolio of over 55 storage facilities. Since LandPark’s establishment in 2012, Peter has overseen its growth from a local full-service management, leasing and investment company to becoming a national real estate investment firm. LandPark’s portfolio has grown to approximately 5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail throughout Texas. This growth has been acknowledged by the Houston Business Journal, which recognized LandPark as a Top 100 Fastest Growing Company for three consecutive years.
With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and investment brokerage industry, Mr. Wall has developed specific expertise in acquiring and structuring complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition of real estate operating companies. His extensive experience encompasses a range of activities from identifying and structuring acquisition opportunities to asset and property management, refinancing existing debt, sophisticated loan workouts, partnership recapitalizations, and dispositions. Mr. Wall also has substantial geographic market exposure and an extensive background in investment and development both in institutional and entrepreneurial settings, including involvement with a publicly traded company and a publicly traded self-storage and multi-family REIT.
Before his public company involvement, from 2003 to 2007, Mr. Wall was active in privately syndicating over 7,000 residential units across California, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Florida. During this time, he was responsible for sourcing and closing apartment opportunities worth over $650 million in value-add transactions while also managing the disposal of properties worth approximately $250 million. A notable achievement during this period was his acquisition of a seven-asset, 1,215-unit off-market multi-family portfolio in Seattle, WA, valued at $97 million. From 2001 to 2002, he served as the Acquisitions and Development Financial Analyst for a privately held multifamily group, which managed over 22,000 units across more than 145 apartment communities in California, Nevada and Utah.
Mr. Wall earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2001 and currently holds a California Real Estate Broker's License. He is actively involved in several organizations, including the USC Alumni Association, Self-Storage Association (SSA), Inside Self Storage (ISS), California Self Storage Association (CSSA), National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), ALM Real Estate Media Group/RealShare, Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Apartment Association (NAA), and Real Estate Investment Securities.
