Investment Sales

- Provide advisory consulting to establish acquisition parameters.

Dispositions
- Provide advisory consulting to establish appropriate pricing and offering terms.
- Create an “effective” marketing campaign for advertising the property for sale to include property brochures, online marketing, property signage (if allowed), broker relations, etc.
- Work with all interested brokers and/or prospective buyers in providing them with appropriate marketing materials, property information and scheduling property tours.
- Receive and respond to all LOI’s received as approved by client.
- Provide investment sales analysis for offers received.
- Assist legal counsel with a Purchase Sale Agreement.
- Provide assistance as necessary to help facilitate a successful Closing.
